1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if you received a damaged/defective product, wrong product, or unused product in original packaging. Return window: 7 days from delivery.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed auto parts
• Customized or special-order items
• Products without original packaging
